5. Payments

5.1. All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website and are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes.

5.2. We accept various forms of payment, as listed on the website. Payment must be made within the time frame provided on the invoice.

5.3. By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your service booking.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. If you wish to cancel a booked service, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.2. Services rendered are non-refundable unless the service was not provided as described and agreed upon.

7.1. The Service and all materials therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music are the exclusive property of Cheltenham Cleaners.

7.2. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works based on, or otherwise exploit any of the Service.

8. User Conduct

8.1. Users agree not to use the Service in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
